In order to meet the demands of the customer, at ITS, we not only have numerous creative design operators secured, but we also have assigned a creative production coordinator to meet the spectrum of demands. The coordinator is accurately aware of conditions within, such as each operator's ability and task status. Thus we are able to efficiently help the customer, from the production of one post card to the publication of a 300 page operation manual.

Have you ever run into trouble creating publications aimed at foreign countries? Since we were originally a translation company, we have an abundant amount of experience handling foreign languages. Here at ITS, we not only handle text data, but audio data as well. Beginning with the conventional transcribing from a tape recording in Japanese, we collaborate with the translation/interpretation department to transcribing from a tape recording in a foreign language, retranslation, and even creating foreign language narrations. We even have experience in creating text for subtitles and producing English educational material.

At ITS, all documents received are understood to be private and confidential. We acknowledge that maintaining confidentiality of all documents is a matter of great importance. Not only do we have a thorough nondisclosure agreement system implemented within the company, preventative measures are also diligently applied in order to safeguard against recent high-level threats such as hacking and other high-tech crimes. For example, upon completion of an order, the documents are recorded onto an external media and stored separately. Individual nondisclosure agreements can be prepared upon request so please ask for more information if interested.
